Noldu produces events, activations, and brand experiences across sports, entertainment, corporate, and cultural industries. Headquartered in Miami, with production capacity on the ground across Latin America & Caribbean. A studio built to hold premium quality at competitive cost and to move at the speed events demand.

We are an interdisciplinary team of event producers, industrial designers, 3D artists, textile designers, and fabrication specialists. Most of what we promise, we hold in-house: from the first concept through 3D rendering, fabrication, and live delivery. That is how we keep premium quality on work that is fully custom.

Noldu was founded by Milagros Cubelli after nearly two decades directing creative production at the intersection of brand marketing, live experience, and entertainment. She produced brand experiences across sports, entertainment, and culture alongside global artists and properties including The Rolling Stones, Coldplay, U2, and World Rugby. She later served as CMO and then CEO of Miami Sharks of Major League Rugby, where in 2025 she was named MLR Executive of the Year.

Underneath the studio, Noldu is building its own operating system: an AI-augmented infrastructure that runs event production across markets. It is the creative infrastructure that lets us hold a premium standard while moving at the speed events now demand.
